Photos of the Day- Barbies

Lauren loves barbies. She lined up her barbies in a row in the game she was playing. I thought it would make a fun picture...or show off her excess of barbies. The bottom two are the mom and dad. I feel bad for them. They have 19 daughters. No sons. One thing that I really like about this picture is that it shows life through the perspective of a child. This to Lauren is beauty and fun. To a parent, this might just be a mess or a big bore. But to a little girl and her imagination this is a story. They have names, they have personalities, they talk to each other (with lauren's help, of course) and they have fun. And... the best part, sometimes, on a lucky day like today... they entertain her for hours. And as a mom, I am grateful for that!
