Photo of the Day- Sand Candles

This was one of my favorite things we did on vacation. We made sand candles. We melted candle wax at the beach, added color and scent, then poured it into holes made in the sand. The first one is lavender scent and the second is pumpkin spice. The kids all had so much fun making these.

These is what it looked like when we were making them: Each separate color is a different candle. We made pumpkin spice, lavender, green apple, and christmas tree candles.
