Photo of the Day- Ornaments

I had a lot of fun tonight learning how to use my tripod and get some close up tree shots. I was really going for the "twinkle" that I was able to get in a few of the shots. I always seemed to bump the tripod though which would shake up my picture a bit. Benjamin has also gotten really interested in what mommy is doing with the camera and so he'll walk up to me saying "cheeese" and then try to grab the camera. Tonight was especially fun because Rob worked with me to help me get the look that I wanted in the pictures. He has a much better creative eye then I do so it is very helpful in getting some of my shots.

I love the creative composition on that second shot, and the twinkle in the first. What a beautiful tree! I bet it is making your house smell just divine!

I really like the aged vintage feel your PP gives these shots--such a timeless feel to them :-). Love those snowflakes; in fact, I have the first one myslef! Very pretty tree, and great individual shots.

Love that first shot. These all have a wonderful, vintage look to them.
